Frequently Asked Questions

What is the seating capacity of your motorcoaches?+

We offer two coach sizes to fit your group: a 23-passenger VIP minibus with rear luggage capacity, and full-size motorcoaches seating up to 56 passengers for larger groups.

What about the dates and times of travel?+

You'll need to provide us with your travel dates and times when booking.

What about the pickup location & destination?+

It's important to know the exact location and address where you'd like your group picked up and dropped off.

Do I need to supply parking for the bus?+

Yes — you're responsible for securing sufficient parking for the coach at your destination(s), including any parking charges.

How many hours can I use the bus?+

Drivers are permitted 10 hours of driving time and 15 hours of on-duty status within each 24-hour period, per Department of Transportation hours-of-service rules. We suggest planning for 14 hours maximum to allow for unexpected delays.

Do your coaches have video or DVD players?+

Yes — our buses are equipped with DVD players and monitors for movies, shows, and documentaries, plus PA systems for tour guiding or group instructions.

Do your coaches have restrooms?+

All of our over-the-road buses have a restroom, intended for emergencies only — drivers stop every 2 hours at facilities on longer trips. Our VIP minibus does not have a restroom.

What about wheelchairs and scooters?+

We can arrange handicap access through our partners with advance notice — let us know when booking. Scooters, wheelchairs, and walkers can be stored underneath the bus as long as the passenger is able to walk up the stairs.

What are the insurance requirements for motorcoach operators?+

Our buses carry $5 million in coverage, meeting Department of Transportation requirements for interstate travel. On request, we can have our insurance company issue you or your organization a certificate of insurance with our policy details.

Can I use the bus once I reach the destination?+

Yes, within the driver's hours-of-service limits — 10 hours of driving and 15 hours on duty within each 24-hour period, with 8 hours off between periods, per DOT regulations.

What experience do your motorcoach drivers have?+

Our drivers need a minimum of 2 years of prior passenger-driving experience before being considered. Our insurance company verifies this while checking each driver's CDL and driving record.

Can drinks and snacks be brought onto the bus?+

A cooler with drinks and snacks is fine with prior approval from our sales staff and dispatch office. Alcoholic beverages also require office approval and a cleaning deposit. No underage drinking is ever allowed, and smoking is never allowed on our buses.

How does gratuity for the driver work?+

Gratuity isn't included in your quote unless you request it — it's a direct transaction between you and the driver, based on the service provided. Common gratuities: $40 per 4 hours for local charters, $75 per trip for airport transfers with luggage, and $3 per person per day for out-of-state charters. Ask our sales staff if you're unsure what's appropriate for your trip.

What do I do if I have a problem?+

Our dispatch office is available 24/7. Call (407) 982-7011 and follow the prompts to reach dispatch.

Can I request a specific driver?+

Let your sales agent know if you'd like to request a specific driver. We can't guarantee availability, but we'll make every effort to accommodate the request.
