We have a group called INFOSYS that is having a Gala at House of Blues in Disney Springs. There will be 1400 participants total, 400 at the Waldorf Astoria and 1000 at Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek. We are in charge of the transportation for the event with 15 buses. Job Description Your job will be to gather, count, and load 50-52 passengers in the buses. They need one staff per bus to ride with the group to House of Blues, where we will have extra staff to direct them to the venue. You will need to report the number of passengers to the assigned manager during each trip so we can keep track of how many people have gone and how many are left. You will need to make an announcement in the bus about the return shuttles before dropping at house of blues on each trip as well. Then ride back to the hotel for a second or third round as needed. Same after the party for return to hotels. We will have a bus pick up the staff that lives in East Orlando at 5 pm in the Publix Plaza on Curry Ford Rd and Dean Rd, behind the 7 Eleven, to transport us to Lake Buena Vista and bring us back after the event.
