EZ Bus Tours & Travel is a licensed, bonded and insured tour operator who acts only as an agent for the various vendors in these tours and shall not be liable for any negligence on their behalf.  Each vendor is responsible for their portion of the tour. Travelers should be in reasonably good health. EZ Bus Tours & Travel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special needs, but it is not responsible if they are unable to do so. Motorcoach travelers must be able to walk up and down the motorcoach steps, if they need help, they must have a companion accompany them for their assistance.
